Terms & Conditions — Suami77 Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "Member") and Suami77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atsuami77.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Suami77 Platform — including but not limited to the casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and promotional services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

This Agreement applies to all users of the Platform, including users accessing from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permissible at the time of access. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

Access to the Suami77 Platform and participation in Real Money Play is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Suami77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming and sports betting.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence at the time of access.

5. You must register as an individual for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
6. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your membership.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, Members are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. All information provided is subject to verification under our KYC procedures.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Suami77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an Account arising from a Member's failure to keep their credentials secure. Members must notify Suami77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of their Account.

Suami77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods:DuitNow, Touch'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Boost, GrabPay, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Suami77 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (may vary by payment method and promotion).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 for verified accounts.
• Maximum withdrawal limit: subject to Member's VIP tier and stated in the applicable withdrawal policy.
• Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Suami77 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where AML obligations or fraud checks require further investigation.

Deposits that remain unused for a period of 12 consecutive months without any wagering activity may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Members will be notified prior to any such deduction.

Suami77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by specific terms stated at the time of offer. In the event of any inconsistency between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain pending upon expiry of the validity period will be voided without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting markets, and certain table games may contribute at lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Contribution rates are stated individual promotion terms.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be held per Member at any time.
• Suami77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, pattern betting designed to circumvent bonus conditions, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Referal bonuses are credited upon the referred Member completing a qualifying first deposit and meeting minimum wagering thresholds. Self-referals are strictly prohibited.

All games offered on the Suami77 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with the rules of the respective game provider. Individual game rules are accessible within each game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the relevant stake returned to the Member's account balance. Suami77 reserves the right to void bets and game rounds where there is evidence of technical error, software fault, or manifest pricing error in sports betting markets. Where a manifest error is identified, affected stakes will be refunded and winings will not be paid.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Suami77 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their Account suspended or permanently terminated, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software,ots, scripts, or any technological aid to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other players to exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — any winings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in the Member's own name.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Facilitating access for minors or individuals subject to self-exclusion orders.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, harms, or places undue load on the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Suami77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Members. The Company operates a dedicated Responsible Gambling programme and provides the following tools to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations and receive notification alerts when approaching their limit.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Members of time elapsed and amounts wagered during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A short-term account suspension (24 hours to 6 weeks) for Members who need a temporary break without permanent self-exclusion.

For the purposes of this Agreement, any Member who applies for self-exclusion remains excluded for the duration of the exclusion period. Suami77 will not reverse a self-exclusion at the Member's request during the agreed exclusion period. Any account found to be in use during a self-exclusion period will be immediately suspended and balances returned.

All content on the Suami77 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and design elements, is the proprietary property of Suami77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or (d) use the Suami77 brand name, logo, or trademarks without the Company's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suami77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Suami77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance may periodically affect access to some or all Platform services. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

In no event shall Suami77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suami77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any term of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, any balance remaining may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable breach provisions. Where an Account is terminated for reasons not attributable to Member misconduct (for example, Platform closure in a specific jurisdiction), all verified balances will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Suami77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending bonus funds will be voided. Withdrawable cash balances will be returned to the Member's registered payment account within the standard processing timeframe.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which Suami77 holds its international gaming licence. For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement does not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts and does not imply that the Company claims any regulatory approval from Malaysian authorities, including Bank Negara Malaysia.

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement or the use of the Platform, Members are encouraged to contact Suami77 customer support in the first instance. Suami77 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or independent dispute resolution service under the Company's licensing framework.

Suami77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Members via the registered email address or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Member does not agree to the revised terms, they should cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.
